The range of products that we suggest are ideal for parents and pupils to both collaborate in regarding design and content creation.

For Example: School Calendars

Using Photographs

One for each month of the year, for example of year groups, sports teams, extracurricular clubs and societies, or using humorous images from trips, events, proms, sports days, charity fun days. The photographs you choose will represent, promote and publicise the schools image, achievements and ambitions to parents, pupils and the wider local community.

Other Information

Including school logos, strap lines, images of the building, address details and phone numbers; all important information which can improve parent-school communication and involvement

Important Dates

Including important school calendar dates, for example term start and end dates, sports days, concerts, productions, teacher training days and other important dates which you wish to promote, publicise or inform your pupils and their parents.

There are many other ideas and products which you can produce using our website, including running competitions and producing poetry books, art books, story books etc. You can produce your school brochure, play and pantomime programmes, prom tickets, canvas art prints and much more. As we continue to add new and exciting products to our portfolio, the list becomes almost endless, with each fundraising opportunity opening up new revenue streams appreciated by the parents and pupils alike.

Our easy to use website guides you through the process of personalising your product, such as entering your school details, logos, uploading images or by supplying files.

For Example: Collaborative Poetry Books

Browse

Choose from a range of price options, sizes and styles of book. Each is professionally manufactured to high quality standards, suitable for high street shop sale.

Design

Pick your style of cover, upload a suitable image or photograph for the front cover and enter details for the title and other information on the cover, spine and back cover

Build

Compile your poetry entries, format them and style them using Word, Publisher or any DTP application before generating a PDF to upload via our website.

There are a wide variety of customisable fields to allow you to upload images, logos, pictures, PDF files for each of our products. Students can participate in offline editing, collaboration and design before you approve and supply us with final files to produce, or they can get involved (via committee or individually) and create the full products online

Once you've personalised your product, you download our order forms for distribution at the school, create posters and flyers and contact pupils and parents via email, your website or newsletter.

There are several ways you can begin the sales process, for example:

Prepayment

Collect prepayment (in full or a deposit) from potential customers. This enables you to purchase the exact number of products that you require.

Buy Online

Once you know the exact number of confirmed orders, follow through our order process which lets you buy any quantity of your personalised product, which we send through to you for resale.

Survey

Conduct a survey or estimate the quantity required based on pupils involved or potential customers. This enables you to gauge interest in your potential fundraising product.

Once you know the quantity of your product that you require, follow through the ordering process on our website and pay online using a debit card, credit card or purchase order. The files are then supplied to our studio, who put together a PDF proof and supply it back to you via email for a final check. Confirm your order and production begins, creating high quality products that will dazzle and excite all involved. We'll send you a bulk consignment of products, and then all you need to do is collect any outstanding money.

It's so simple to raise funds for your school, and our site offers hints and tips to help you along your way to fundraising excellence!

For Example:

A School Calendar

A school calendar, personalised by staff or students, indicating all important term time dates would cost you £2.95 per unit if you order 50.

The recommended cost that we suggest you sell this high quality calendar would be £10.00.

Assuming you sold all of them, thats a cost to you of (50 x £2.95) £147.50, a total sale value of £500 and therefore a profit of £352.50. For selling only 50 items!

Other Ideas

Sponsorship. How about getting local business to sponsor your calendar, for instance? Place their details/adverts on the cover of the calendar/book, promoting their business to potential customers and reducing your costs to a minimum!

Run a competition, asking all pupils to pay £1 to vote for/choose the title/theme of your book - using this to generate interest (and future sales in the end product) and money (to offset against the production costs involved).
