Competition terms and conditions
The prize is for £1000 to paid into a school bank account for a current school fundraising campaign.
No alternative prize is available and the prize is not transferable. No purchase is necessary.
Entry is by registration (left) on www.schoolfundraiser.org.uk/win-1000-pounds or in writing at the Education Show 2010 and completion is based on the following information being provided: name, e-mail address, school name, what funds are being raised for, how much is needed, when it is needed and what fundraising activities are planned.
All registrations must be completed by 30th June 2010, to be valid entries in the draw.
It is a condition of entry that the winning school may be asked to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this draw.
Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules, are illegible, incomplete or altered will be disqualified. The Promoter has the right to disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions. Third party or bulk entries will be excluded from the draw. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received by the Promoter. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The entry instructions form part of these rules.
The draw will take place on 5th July 2010. The winner will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received by the closing date by an independent adjudicator whose decision shall be final.
The winner will be notified by email by 12th July 2010.
The name and county of the winner will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Printondemand-worldwide, 9 Culley Court, Bakewell Road, Orton Southgate, Peterborough, PE2 6XD.
The promoter of the Free Prize Draw is Copytech (UK) Ltd, 9 Culley Court, Bakewell Road, Orton Southgate, Peterborough, PE2 6XD. The decision of the promoter is final.
Entry to the Free Prize Draw is open to UK residents over 18 years only. Employees or family members of employees of Copytech (UK) Limited or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the prize draw or their direct family members' are not eligible for entry into the competition.
Only one entry per person and per school.
If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made by the promoter to contact the winner then he will be entitled to dispose of the prize as he thinks fit without any liability to the winner for having done so. A period of one month will be allowed after notification to the supplied contact details for the winner to claim the prize.
